Refund Eligibility
At Carecustomir, we want you to be satisfied with your 3D modeling course purchase. We offer refunds for course enrollments under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of course enrollment
- You must not have completed more than 25% of the course content
- The refund request must include a valid reason for dissatisfaction
- Technical issues that prevent course access may qualify for immediate refund
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for your 3D modeling course:

- Include your order number or enrollment confirmation email
- Provide a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
- Our team will review your request within 5 business days
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Course access will be revoked upon refund approval
- Downloaded course materials should be deleted as per our terms of use
Non-Refundable Items
The following situations do not qualify for refunds:
- Courses completed beyond 25% of total content
- Refund requests submitted after 30 days from enrollment
- Certificates of completion that have already been issued
- Bundled course packages where individual courses have been accessed
- Promotional or discounted courses marked as non-refundable at purchase
Course Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your current 3D modeling course but still want to continue learning, we may offer a course exchange instead of a refund. Contact us to discuss available alternatives that better match your learning goals and interests.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing your course content, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If the problem cannot be resolved and significantly impacts your ability to complete the course, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the 30-day policy.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:
- If you've completed between 25% and 50% of the course content
- For bundled course packages where only some courses are accessed
- When course content is significantly different from what was advertised
